Broken Key

One of my keys is broken in half  It happened simply when I moved the minibrute, not by playing violently or so. Anyone else had this issue?

What is my options for a repair? Can I get another one from Arturia and replace it myself?

I asked Arturia support 4 days ago, but they haven't answered. The warranty period has ended unfortunately.

Good luck mate getting any support from them, I have been waiting nearly 2 months for a warranty replacement keybed for my MiniBrute. No replies to my emails either, they apparently just don't care about their customer base. I have been looking for the manufacture of the keybed, maybe Fatar? And see if they will supply parts.

After reading this topic I think I will super glue mine by myself than sending it to warranty.
