Matrix 12 V2 VSTi Crashes DP9

  Like the title says, Matrix 12 v2 is crashing the plug in evaluation tool in DP9, the AU version is currently working.

I've been testing Matrix 12 v2 on DP9 in VST and it's working on my config.
I'm on 10.11.5 witth DP9.02 could you tell me what is your environment ?
