I'm having this same issue, and it is excruciating to deal with. Cannot reset password because I am "blocked", cannot contact support because I need to be able to log in order to contact them about my inability to log in......(clearly that doesn't make sense). Paid a lot of money for the V Collection and can't use it on my new computer. I tried contacting Arturia via one of its Sales contact forms, which plainly states that any tech assistance communications will be ignored, so that's helpful...
I receive emails from Arturia regularly, do not have any missing activation emails in my mail, junk, spam, etc.. Please help.
