Hi,
as the subject says I have NOT connected the SparkLE directly to the ipad.
I chose to have it connected to my Mac and route the Midi Information via MusicIO Software to the ipad and ispark.
It seems to work as the pads are available and start / stop is transmitted.
The SparkLe is flashing according to the beat and the touch controller transmits the Filter Information.
But:
I cannot access the instruments 9 - 16
I cannot use P1 to P3 to control the Freq Shift to Shift Ran parameters.
Choosing another Kit via sparkle works but freezes the ipad display.
Divide and Move is not available.
As I have a complex setup using the OSX Numerology Sequencer to trigger several sounds on my ipad and need the sync tight, I have it all setup to transmit via MusicIO which works great.
For additional Midi Input like Nanokey to ipad synths I use Midi Patchbay which works great as well.
I setup a Midi Transfer Patch to transmit clock to ispark and that works well too.
So as some stuff seems to work and some not within the ispark and sparkle while other stuff, like korg Gadget, Nave and iPhrophet works in the above scenario: ispark and sparkle FAILS....
How is your experience in an advanced setup situation that uses MusicIO?
