Future Request : A single sound delete
« on: March 01, 2016, 11:39:47 pm »
Hello,
I wander if it has already been requested to be able to delete just one sound or a note. For example : Shift + Step 1 clears the whole pattern, what about just to remove the kick, or a selected pad, or a note on to a sequence?

Shift + Mute + a Pad ?

Press drum select+mute and the drum pad you wish to clear.  This will bring up the steps that pad is triggered on and also mute that pad.  Turn off all those steps.  Should take all of two bars (measures) if you are slow at it or the sequence is at a high tempo and a short step count.

Remembering what you play/programmed into the melody (note) sequencers will help delete a single note value.
Currently running https://www.modulargrid.net/e/racks/view/1311723 / www.modulargrid.net, sequencing with KSP and recording with a Zoom (no DAW involved, for better or worse ;) )
