JP-8V a bit crashy on El Capitan?
« on: December 09, 2015, 04:15:01 pm »
Hi guys

I have just bought a brand new iMac with El Capitan and Logic X pre-installed.  I downloaded all my Arturia soft synths and restored my licenses.  So I have the latest OS X and latest Arturia soft synths.

But the JP-8V crashes Logic X and Numerology pretty easily. It seems to happen when I am auditioning a MIDI region while quickly flipping through patches to find one that sounds right.

Other Arturia synths might also cause this, but I can't say yet - I have only being trying to use the JP-8 so far.

Any ideas? Can I send you crash reports maybe?

Hi seandynan,
I've tested that. First time i also had a crash when changing patch very fast. I've been trying to reproduce but not luck even with very fast preset swapping...

I've listed this as bug here and we will investigate.
Thanks for the report !
.......testing.......
