Yes I too find the 2600V simpler to patch than the MMV. Part of this seems to be the pre-wired connections but also I feel some if it is because the 2600 has less modules
I find with the MMV its very tempting to bung the kitchen sink at every patch; you know, 9 vcos, three filters etc etc.
There are a few things from the MMV I am missing though. Its seems strange they left out the external sequencer start/stop events from the routes to the internal sequencer start stop buttons? I like to use the old style sequencers for free running backings and like them synced to the start and stop of my host.
