Browsable / Searchable Version of Patch Configurator

I started with Brady Jacobsen's excellent patch configurator and created an alternate site that has a few extra features that I think people will find useful.  These features allow you to:

- Browse patches
- Search for patches
- Mark patches as "favorites"
- Rate patches
