[SOLVED]Beat Step Pro 7 segment LED *1 of them is burned out

On section of the 3rd digit of my 7 segment LED's are burned out.  I just bought the BSP a couple of days ago, should I return it to the reseller or contact Arturia for repair?  I'm bummed because I just got it and want to learn it and incorporate it into my setup.   Advice?

Although it is tedious I think it is standard procedure to contact the dealer you bought it from who will arrange the return ... on the bright side the firmware may get some bug fixes while you wait for your replacement. I have put mine back in its box till they sort it out.
