Powering a Mini + Micro from a generator/power pack?
« on: March 08, 2015, 09:23:54 am »
Hello,

A question from someone who doesn't really understand how voltage works.

A friend and I have a Microbrute and a Minibrute between us and are discussing the possibility of location-based recording outdoors. Obviously neither synth runs off batteries so would require a generator or battery pack.

We have battery powered recording equipment so only the synths would need powering, and would only need about an hour of power total. I have found this - http://www.duracellpower.com/portable-power/power-packs/powerpack-300.aspx - which allows 300w combined AC power. Am I right that this would be enough?
