"Update" shown on KeyLab61 LCD screen when plugged into MAC

This is the problem I am having: http://www.arturia.com/faq/utilization/keylab-is-not-recognized-by-my-mac

However, that page doesn't clearly explain how to fix it.... How do you suppress a device?
