Broken knob shafts (ooo err)

Ive broke two of the knobs at the shafts on my Spark controller...anyone any idea where I can get replacements?

Is it something support could deal with?


Should I just ask them instead of making a thread? Lol

OK so tried support and they couldnt even be arsed even answering....any suggestions anyone?

are they just generic??

What i assume is you have snapped the shaft out the pot

So your asking for an encoder part number so you can get the same or equivalent to be soldered in
 
Are you going to solder them in or get someone else to do it as they proberly just take it apart and see if they can cross reference a part number

BTW  I have a sparkle and the divide and move are a different type encoder to the others

Yeah the plastic shaft is broken on one and bent on another...i could prolly just glue them but I thought if its a generic pot or support could send me a couple...
