Keylab 25 not working
« on: September 21, 2014, 01:29:24 pm »
Just unpacked my new Keylab 25.
Registered and downloaded and installed all the software on my Macbook. (10.9.4)
Software and updates loaded ok.
Plugged the USB Controller in and the LCD screen lit up with blanks instead of letters or numerals.
Thought it might be an insufficient power supply from USB port so I plugged ii into a power supply but got the same display error.
The Mac sees the controller but none of the software recognises it or responds to it?

Followed the Mac hardware error suggestion. Held SOUND+MULTI+EDIT for 5-10 seconds and got nothing. Tried holding and rebooting, still got nothing.
Any suggestions?

Hello,

The software (Analog Lab) can not help changing the seting of your kl25, but use this
http://downloads.arturia.com/products/keylab/firmware/KeyLab_25_Firmware_1_19_mac.zip

it contains the latest firmware and the midi control center for the kl25 on mac.

install the midi control center, plug your kl25, and click on "connect/sync" button, it should recognize your KL25, then upload the firmware included in the ZIP using the midi control center.

If this does not work, contact the support.
