Hi, just got a keylab 61 recently and it's great except suddenly I'm encountering this issue where a polyphonic instrument (such as Cat Organ for prophet V) suddenly becomes monophonic only unless I switch to a different instrument and back again. I've ended up converting all the midi files to audio files so that I don't have to keep fixing the issue. This isn't a DAW issue at all because this also happens when I'm using the standalone AL software. I know I'm new here but please help if you have any ideas.
