I e-mailed Sales on the moring of Aug 8, 2012 and received a reply fairly quickly along with a new coupon code and a URL to further info about the promo offer.

I don't feel bad about complaining because it got a good result.  If we hadn't said anything would it have been resolved so well?  I doubt it.

You were right to complain but really don't think we were ignoring the problem. I just took  us several days to set up better solutions before to solve the problem and help everyone.

The reason the code will not work is because it has no value attached to it.  Probably Arturia's automated system didn't attach the discount to the code in some accounts.

Same issue here.  I tried to copy/paste as well as type it in manually, and still it denied the discount.

I emailed Denis as well as the sales help email address.

I've got 5 days before the coupon expires.  If I miss out on this great deal I will be very disappointed!

I'm new to all this - is there anywhere in particular I should find this coupon code? I bought/registered the SEM V back in February - that was my only Arturia product to this point, but I assume that was why I received an e-mail ad in July stating my cost would be $299USD instead of $399USD.

I bought, installed and registered/activated about an hour ago - should I expect this code in my e-mail shortly, or have I already overlooked something? Thanks in advance - I'll happily take that $100 off, since that was what got me to finally pull the trigger.
