Filter ENV Amt. potentiometer issue.

I am curious if Arturia put the wrong resistance value potentiometer on the Filter ENV Amt? It seems at about half way to + the envelope is at maximum. Also if you compare the patch sheet, to match the sound of the Funk Bass patch from musictrackjp's video on YouTube (After around 17:15 at http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VvQbPC_I4XM), I have to set the ENV Amt about half way down from the setting that's marked on the Funk Bass patch sheet on mine. The ENV Amt. set past about the 5th out of 9 mark from the center, towards the + positive envelope begins to sound funny. The signal level starts to cut out a bit, or perhaps sound overloaded on my Minibrute. Anyone else with a Minibrute experience this, or care to check on this? The envelope is not useful on mine past that half way point. And the majority of useful positions are in a very small area near the center of the pot. Anyone else with a Minibrute experience this as well, or care to verify? Perhaps I'm the only one experiencing this? Thanks.

I'm curious if this could be calibrated through the small screwdriver potentiometers on the rear panel of the synth? They're unlabeled, and I can't find any information about them in the manual.

I think those or at least some are to calibrate the CV in/outs since I've seen Nick (from SonicState) mention something about needing to calibrate CVs to tune it perfectly to his Eurorack.

Anyway, funnily enough, you're mentioning something that's true. There's a Minibrute update but I would be extremely surprised if it included a firmware fix for that part of the synth (the analog knobs) ...that would be cool, but if true, then there would also be CC input for them, which there isn't since those are purely analog, AFAIK.

My ENV amount knob seems to work fine. There is some dead space at the end of the knobs for most parameters. But other than that everything works as it should.

Try setting filter keyboard tracking to 0%, Cutoff to minimum and LP filter mode. Put filter envelope to full sustain and play with the filter envelope amount knob. I get changes almost to the maximum setting.

My filter was pretty much wide open, until I set the Filter Env. Amount down from 3 o'clock to between 1-2 o'clock.

Bass preset sheet. At first, the Filter Env. Amount it is set to 3
o'clock as-is on the sheet, then the second part is when I turn it down
from what is on the preset sheet, between 2 and 1 o'clock. I believe the
patch is meant to sound a bit more like the second part?

My Funk Bass patch sounds similar to the one konspirativ posted.

Audesi, did you try the stuff I suggested. Do you have anything connected to the VCF input? The mod wheel isn't active on filter cutoff in this patch, so I think that isn't it. What does the Filter Env amount do when you go negative. Does it bottom out at position 9?

I would think that one notch of the scale is just the analog differences in parts. Every MiniBrute will sound a little different as every MiniMg did.
