Oberheim SEM PROBLEM - Not midi tight - Crashes Logic Pro

I purchased the Oberheim SEM 6 months ago. Then it had serious midi issues. It was not tight. 6 months later it has the same issues in Logic Pro, and it also makes Logic Pro crash.
No help from Arturia has solved this problem yet. I guess they are more into making and selling other products than to actually make their products work properly.

an update for the SEM is on the road.
The beta test started in March, I planned to release it before but it should be available in a few weeks.
