it's been about a month now since i have requested warranty help for my DEFECTIVE 61 Key laboratory. one reply said more or less fix it myself there is no warranty service in the USA.The next response was sorry we are looking into getting you repair service.Ok that was about a month ago.I have been trying in vain to be patient here because besides the e-licenser problems and keyboard problems i like the sounds.
come on Arturia you dont have to like me just help me....

Well I just bought my keyboard last week 61 keys- I found the bottom D key is sticky but still works. So i was in two minds of sending it back.
Now I wonder how many others have this problem?

Unpacked my Laboratory61 and found three keys not working plus fourth has short delay.
Also, is this normal that the keys bend when pressed harder?
And why the Mod buttons blink randomly? Damn, this is some china crap.

Yes, it's from CME, one of the actual better manufacturers of MIDI keyboards worldwide. I like my 49 very much (as much as I liked my older CME UF7), but I know that even the best company could deliver faulty ones from time to time.
If your are sure that it's your hardware that has issues, go and get a RMA.
