Can someone at Arturia help me

I've been waiting almost 2 weeks for Arturia to provide me with an authorisation number for SEM V.  What is going on ?  I am reading multiple x multiple unhappy customers with the same problem...
Can some one please help at Arturia.....what the !!

Mmm not really, there are registration issues times to times, but each day there are dozens of successfull registrations as well, obviously they are publicly unseen.
