i'm just gonna post this verbatim of the messege i sent on the 'contact us' page--i dont have time to be mucking around w/this stuff & dont even know if anyone will read what i sent:

it appears that there is no other place to contact the company about this (no phone number, nothing), so im doing it here.
this IS a TECHNICAL SUPPORT QUESTION
authorization of my analog player keyboard is not going through. problem at every turn; first it said it nothing was typed in correctly, then, when it goes through it says the authorization number is ALREADY TAKEN???!! (WTF??)
**obviously, i cant contact official tech support without authorizing the product first. this is an impossible "catch 22."**
this company is not making things easy for the consumer. NOT COOL.
ive paid $160 for this instrument (over a choice of others) and i expect a PROMPT reply to resolve this as soon as possible, or i WILL find someone to file a complaint with. i am TOO busy to be fiddling around with this or even be typing this at the moment.
