You can purchase a used Spark if you want, as long as it is not an NFR (Not For Resale) unit (the owner would know).
The current owner should give you the software registration card and license, and must confirm the change of ownership so we can transfer the registration from his account to your account. (only one user can be registered for the same serial number)
