hi,
analog laboratory could be a good product with excellent sound and a really good quality keyboard.
but right now, software is not far from beta status. it does not use its full potential at all. why is in most presets modulation wheel not assigned? this is a basic feature! why are in some presets control knobs assigned to parameters that are assigned to envelope sliders already? does not make sense at all. why is in many presets polyphony default on 3 or 4 voices when my 16 processor CPU could easily handle 32? why does the preset select knob not work properly on power up but only after some fiddling around? why do some sounds not produce any sound at all? why do i get rubbish sound when switching from one preset to another? why are there noise and clicks in some sounds that definitely do not belong there? why do chorus and echo knobs not work in jupiter presets? etc etc etc.
i am desperate for an update! like this, it is maybe okay for a home studio. but never for a professional or even stage.
when do we get an update finally?

Mmm i am also having these problems but what seems to concern me more is the fact that arturia dont seem to acknowledge posts on the forum even if it just said ok we are working on these thanks for letting us know.  It would only take a minute and it does more good than you could know just to be acknowledged.

I am told from arturia that and update is due in about a week so fingers crossed because this is a killer product it just needs to work properly

Definitely concerned with Arturia support here too. It seems that they are all too happy to move their product, but don't care much for after sales.
