I purchased 49 analog experience keyboard which came with laboratory software. I have had to reinstall and I am trying but failing to understand this ridiculously confusing and user unfriendly system arturia have in place. I register my product online with the card that came in the manual. For some reason it registers as factory. Then I try to enter the activation code in elicenser and it does not accept it.
I have followed the steps and wasted so much time on this crap how do I authorise this software so that it works??
