Hi, just thought I would ask the question. Has anyone registered products on one email address and then had to change their address? I have Mg Modular V and CS80V registered on an old email address that I no longer have the password for. I have created an account for my new email address and tried to register my software there. The system then tells me that the serial numbers are registered to another email address. I have tried contacting Arturia several times in order to get the software registration moved to my new address but have not had a reply. I am attempting to update to the latest software versions in preparation to migrate to a Mac system but seem to be getting nowhere. Thanks for any suggestions.
