In your account:
_ section My Technicial Support, button "Authorization Troubleshooting"
_ topic "If your license has disappeared from the eLicenser Control Center"
_ click the button "Activation Support Request", and fill the form with your actual Origin S/N and full description of the problem.
We are currently redesigning the users account interface, for easier access to information, as well as better access to Tech Support. We are doing this in parallel of other works, but hopefully should be operational before the end of the month.
