I've been trying to install the demo version of factory but when I try and put the activation key into the elicenser, I get a message "eLicenser Licence database outdated"; it then offers to update the eLD but when it tries this I then get the following error message: "Application LCC2 exclusive has caused the following error: unable to save SLD files in POS folder, please adjust file system permissions correctly". I'm logged in as the system administrator so this seems unlikely? Am running windows vista. Any ideas?
