Author Topic: Reactivating License -- Case open since March 18th, no response  (Read 2336 times)

I formatted my old hard drive and bought a new one. I am trying to get a new authorization code so I can reactivate the license.

After deleting and re-adding my Arturia serial number and unlock code (listed on my plastic registration card) to the myArturia licenses section of your website, I was sent the old authorization code from February 3rd of this year. This code has already been used and thus cannot be used to activate my license in the Control Center.

I recently purchased a hardware dongle in hopes of transferring the software license, but because my authorization code can't be used again, the dongle is useless.

My case #86900 has been open since March 18th of this year, and I am growing increasingly frustrated at having to spend $19 for shipping a $22 dongle for a $300 virtual instrument that I STILL cannot use.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
