I am a producer in Nashville TN and I have been trying to get my Analog Factory to
work for about a month now. I have received your advice to try "restore" on the eliscenser. It performs the function and tells me the auth. code has been used already....What is my next step?
I think there is a simple fix for this I just don't know what it is. Any help from your end would be appreciated.
I've been very patient and would appreciate attention to this issue.
