PolyAftertouch on OSX
« on: November 24, 2003, 01:37:17 am »
Can anyone confirm that they are getting polyphonic aftertouch on OSX? I've used the CS-80v as an AU in Logic and as stand alone and can't get a polyphonic response even though logic is confirming polyphonic imput from my Roland A50. Channel aftertouch works fine.

If you are having success, then what version of OSX are you running? I'm on 10.2.6.

If you are on 9.2, then did you have any problems installing? My boot of 9.2 would read neither the MMV disk nor the CS-80v disk.

Plus I'm still getting the white noise of guilt from my demo install of the CS even after deleting it before installing my purchased copy. I notice this has been commented on before and has remained unanswered.

Thanks much,
Kurt

Poly AT is working fine for me:

TiBook G4 1 GHz
OSX 10.3.1
Logic Audio 6.3.2
GeneralMusic S2 Keys

Incidently for you Logic User, Poly AT works great on the ES2 also.

I also heard white noise after installing the purchased version, I just went back and made sure I deleted all the demo files, then restarted. It now seems to be working fine.
