Well, no, I was trying to be helpful. That's why I asked what the problem was, in case I or someone else on the forum could suggest a way to resolve it. It's often the case that someone can.

It turned out it wasn't that kind of problem, so I tried to be helpful again by suggesting ways to get a response from Arturia.

Surely that sounds perfectly reasonable?

I'll take you up on that and hope that the support improves.  :D
here is a good point to start:
i observed the following problems.

- using two different arturia plugins in cubase sx 3.1 leads  to a missing gui for the second plugin.

- hanging notes in jupiter 8 latest version


- syncrosoft trouble with jupiter and pro V (latest syncrosoft version)
i use cubase, klc, and arturia plugs with syncrosoft... i never observed problems with cubase or klc. while i'm playing or during loading of jupiter or pro V i often get a syncrosoft errors.

my specs
windows xp sp3, ausus striker extreme, q6600, cubase sx 3.1...

any suggestiongs ????
