I just got AFE and clearly an Athlon 3500+ (2.2GHz) is not fast enough. In stand alone mode with nothing else running I can get maybe three simultaneous notes on a CPU "5" patch before the CPU hits 100% and clicking noises set in. How fast a CPU do I need in order to be able to play a full 8 notes or so of a CPU "5" patch? Anyone doing this successfully? I'm running XP.
