Hi,

I bought my fist arturia product and I installed AF on my daw. It didnt work because of the syncrosoft stick license .
So I updated the stick on my laptop where I installed the AF, too .
Just for fun (like cubase too). I don't use both pc's at the same time and I just need AF to work on the daw computer.
Now AF works on the laptop but the DAW says I still have no license but cubase works on both.

Sorry that the 1st topic isn't like "wow, good piece of work" but I have never had problemslike that with other VSTi's before.

Ps: @ the support team? read your customers mail before u answer on it (like which AF version i got )

1. Are you pluggin in the Syncrosoft USB eLicenser (dongle) when you try to lauch AF on your DAW? Just like Cubase, the physical software license resides on the dongle itself.

2. When you say it doesn't work on your DAW, have you:
a. Downloaded and installed AF v2.0?
b. Run the Syncrosoft License Control Center (LCC) application? If so, can you SEE the AF license listed?
c. Try installing the most current version of the LCC. As of this posting (January 16th, 2008), the most current version is LCC v5.2.24.0:

yesterday the support mail arrived and i´m waiting for the real help (they wanted to do a check-up on me if I was legal screenshot) but im
happy with the support !

1 Of course im using the dongle when i use cubase or try AF
2 a) i bought it boxed and i dont answer if i did install

b) i did update but too late i guess

Hi and again the dongle stuff won´t work
last time they send me a new LCC code and i have to go get connected to the internet with my daw to get it work

For my new daw i did exactly did the install like they sayed i should do.
latest LCC bla bla
And what? same ..........

I dont know what arturia expect from their custumers?
I have another 2 things working on my dongle cubase and 1others VST builder
With them its works so i dont think its my fault.
i already did write to the suport im just doing this to let future custumers now
that they buying a product with very good sound but (to me) a diffuicult register process

i want to use my AF2 its starts to pissing me off.
what the hell are you guys selling an cd which i cant use?
i bought virsyn poseidon last week and it work well at 1st time
!!again!! all my VST i are working exept your scrap .
i dont want this done this way but no one is answring to my support mail.

and i need no "did you do the install right "questions Ok.

Mmm, who did I sent 5 messages in 4 working days so?
From my side, your case (#38359) was cleared following your mail dated 24th; did I miss something? Please let me know through the usual way, it works nicely.

hi
the first case (#38359) was cleard but, like i wrote, the same stuff happend again and i didnt want to write a new post because its the same problem
(#41872) is the new number of the case(which you guys didnt answer since last week) so dont say like who did you write so much mails im not interessted spending my free time in the internet and in the manual you dont say that the daw have to go online.
