Hi. I'm a new user. I bought the Laboratory (physical) at a used music store here in town. It came with a USB stick and I can get it working, but not in Pro Tools 11. I realize this is due to AAX, and I probably need to upgrade to the Lab, right?
So, my question is, I cannot register this product likely because the previous owner already has. But, it's cheaper to upgrade from Laboratory to Lab if you're an owner of the Laboratory. Right?
Any ideas? I'll admit I'm a little overwhelmed with activations, licenses, serial numbers, unlock codes, upgrades, etc.
