I purchased my package, 61 Key Analog Experience The Laboratory on Jan. 3, 2014 and I'm still dealing with Tech-Support as of today, Feb. 11! I get an error message stating activation could not be completed because the server was down or the issue was with my Network Settings. Maintenence cannot update eLicenser nor can I download my license because of the same issue. Earlier I had the same issue with no eLicenser present but fixed it through DEP (Data Execution Prevention). Can someone please help? I'lll be glad to send a screenshot...
