Confused by your packaging? Lab, Labratory, Factory?

I have Analog Laboratory, Analog Factory, and V Collection...  I see Analog Lab and like the interface of it much more than Laboratory and Factory, is Lab a free upgrade from any of the software I already have, or do I have to purchase a new package to get the new user interface?
