Problem with a waveform and tempo

Ok this may will sound stupid but im having a very hard time with this preset
JMB_Osc_Mod2
is on pads in the mini v
My problem is Im trying to get a nice melody without go off beat but I cant find anyway so the wave goes on tempo
Help please
