Minilab Dont Working,PC cant recognize Hardware

Hay,my Minilab dostnt work anymore.First time i thougt its broken,now i bekome a new device but still the same problem......https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9SKXQmrfiDg.Pc cant recognize the Hardware and sometimes causes Blue screen error  can some one help me ? Another hardware work fine only Minilab not

Ive just bought one of these and I have it to a Mac book pro
Same thing mine doesn't respond by pressing keys or when moving the knobs to the soft knobs on the screen.

When I connected mine to my Mac book the pads flashed in sequence un like yours, but mine doesn't work neither !
