weird folders in sound library

i started all the time with empty projects.
somehow that happens again and again. everytime i change something in the setup and load another sample into a project it gets a number instead of an instrument.

can you send me a link where i can get the latest beta? I'm running on 1.7.2 right now. thank you

windows stopped the installation because of security problems??? I F****ING HATE WINDOWS!
any idea what i could do about that? it's ridiculous. i can't even start the instal as admin.
