I've seen a lot of people on this forum discussing the missing bumper issue being fixed at home after Arturia sent the missing part - but for some reason Arturia support is asking me to ship my Minibrute all the way to Washington to fix it. Has anyone else had to send in their unit for this? I've replied to Arturia support about this but after a week of silence they just ignored my email and sent me an RMA and address to ship my unit to (with no answer to my question about how long it would take.) So far I'm pretty frustrated by the whole process. If Bruno is reading this, it's case 140124 and I'd much rather fix this at home if possible.
