Hi Arturia Forum Folk -
Has anyone successfully purchased replacement knob(s) for the Analog Experience USB controller keyboards? I have a 25-key controller ("THE PLAYER") for which I have lost a knob, and I am hoping to purchase a replacement knob (or perhaps more than one, to have spares) but I can not figure out how to do so.
I saw an older forum post suggesting to another forum user that they should PM David@Arturia, and I have done so but have not heard back; so I do not know if David@Arturia is even still active on this forum.
If any other users or Arturia personnel have any insights, please let me know either in this thread or via PM.
