EURO vs. USD

I have received 2 emails and two codes for the special offer on Analog Laboratory.
One is for 19 EURO and the other one is for 19 USD.
Of course I want to use USD since itīs cheaper that way, but the site wants me to pay in EURO. ???
Am I not entitled to pay in USD ? Iīve got the email with the offer, and therefore I think I should be able to get it for 19 USD  8)

nearly the same here: I wanted to buy Analog-Lab the software and wondered why 89USD and 89Euro -> contacted support with the question about USD<>Euro changecourse, and hereīs the answer:
"To be honest I don't have an answer to give you, sorry for that.."
