Knobs move slowly than fast

Hi,
i have the minilab and use it in ableton live.
What i donīt like:
When i move the knob slowly, they turn the knob in the software very very slowly. They only work normal if i move them quickly.
I want a 1:1 turn. Can anyone help me what i can do?

see the video on relative and absolute mode in minilab>resources

you should use absolute mode with upgraded firmware, or the live script
