Analog Lab - Purchased, but Not received

Hello guys,

by being a Arturia customer, I received a discount on the purchase of the new software instrument Analog Lab.

I liked the proposal and bought the product. But until now, two hours half later, have not received a email with the code, download link and that stuff. I do not remember it took so long for my past purchases... is this normal?!

same for me - bought on Friday 07th - till now no license or receipt.
Payment was made via PayPal.

Hopefully on Monday they will correct this issue.

i also bought this half an hour ago and thought that i get the Serial and download information straight after buying.
i get the email with the special offer a few hours ago.

Hunh, I got the offer today, and when I clicked on it, I got product not found. I can't find Analog Lab in the store to purchase manually either.

Same situation for me (but, being optimistic, I'll try again tomorrow ).. although I notice in the KVR forum that people have already been able to purchase

Interesting. Had bought mine yesterday without knowing 'bout the mail, just by clicking on "Online Shop" and choosing the first entry in the "software downloads" category. Now it's gone... funny, Arturians, very funny

I also got the e-mail but when I click the "Buy"-button in my account it says "No product". And indeed the Arturia Lab doesn't appear in the Arturia online shop.
Why?

 The same here, i purchaded analog lab yesterday about the noon, still no notification in my mailbox.

same here - bought the product Saturday morning, until now (Sunday noon) I have not received ANYTHING yet!
I sent an email to Sales about this but this also ended in a dead black hole (= no reaction)

Oh well ....not the support I would expect
