Kit Management (Dubstep Expansion)

Hi all - just noticed the Dubstep expansion pack is now available (was it announced?) so purchased it.  This brings me to a little annoyance: how do you actually find the new kits?!!

I have had to come back onto my Internet PC  and write down all 30 kits names so I know what I have just purchased..

It would be great if we could rename factory kits or, have a tagging system similar to NI.  These kits could them be tagged with DubStep or Expansion.  I would also be nice to add our own tags so we can easily find our favourite kits etc..

Any plans for this sort of stuff or better??

Back to my DAW for some serious playing!!

What's going on. My message earlier on about the Dubstep Expansion Pack I bought and paid for but never received has been removed. Also, the ticket I opened on 22.12.2012 number 120099 was closed on the 23.12.2012 without any response. You asked me earlier for my order number 76094 which I quoted back to you but still nothing. Why do you treat paying customers this way. It's not good business practice my friend and you need to sort the team out at Arturia about this.
Please let me know whether you intend to send me the product or not. If not I'll just raise a dispute via my payment method.

I've just reopened ticket 120099. Please can you make sure someone deals with it this time rather than just closing it. All I need is an email with the download link or for it to be available to me some way.
