JUST INSTALLED SPARK SOFTWARE 1.1.2 NO factory drum kits

i just installed the spark software, and on the load option it only indicates new project. No factory or user kits are available. I understand user cuz i havent made a kit yet...  even in the user manual it says once you authorize you can update to the newest software which i tried also. but either way the picture shows factory kits with the 30 kits listed. sorry if im confusing im frusterated.

PLEASE HELP!

p.s. i already updated my spark once i got both the midi controller and spark software installed.

Hi,
to help you I need some details about your system.
Are you running Windows  or Mac OS X?
What folder did you choose for the library when you installed the software?
Did you check that it has been correctly installed?

Thank you for responding. I am running windows vista. The library is under My documents. I have installed and unistalled spark about 5 times to make sure I didn't do it wrong. I'm able to import each individual sound for each pad for a kit but yea. Spark is activated and authorized. Any help is appreciated.

Also now when I put it into midi controller mode the pads don't light and screen only displays "midi controller ready."

The spark is updated to 1.1.2. I even tried downloading the newest software and it won't let me authorize with my authorization code on any of the 1.1.3's or newer.

I'm more or less confused I'm not too computer savy and this is my first drum synth. I love it I just want it to work correctly.

Please first install the latest version 1.5. You can get it here.

Then look in the library panel and check that the Library path is correct.

This is probably where you should be looking for the library path, in the Preferences panel.

mmmmk. So i downloaded 1.1.5 and now the factory kits are all there but when i click on them most of them say "file doesn't exsist" with and ERROR pop up. Some kits work with a couple ERROR pop ups for specific pads files that aren't recognized. At least were getting somewhere now. Im gonna try downloading it ONE more time lol and see if it fixes the problem. BUT at least all the kits are showing now.
