Pro Tools LE & Tiger
« on: December 25, 2005, 02:54:25 am »
Hi,
I'm running 1.5 on a Powerbook G4 1GHZ 17 inch, with 2 GIGS of ram and OSX10.4.3 (Tiger) and have recently upgraded to  PT's LE version 7.0. I run my music apps off a 7200 rpm firewire drive and record audio files to another FW800 Lacie drive.

I am having an unexpected quit issue with the CS80 plugin in PT's.  No warning from the pro tools software; oddly enough, it seems to occur almost immediately when I use the pitch bend stick on my Edirol PCR-50.

I had expierenced some minor issues in version 1.2 but not any that occured immediately when using the pitch bend wheel/stick.

Also, since upgrading to 1.5, I've noticed that the Sounds don't seem the same versus the standalone version which runs perfectly.  A synth preset played in standalone does not sound the same as when running the same preset as a plug-in in PT's.

I'm not complaining, as I'm still able to get some functionality out of the CS80v, just not quite as good as I remember.

Thoughts? Tips, Suggestions?

Thanks
