Turing
« on: April 24, 2023, 08:39:46 pm »
Hello,

This apply to all the Augmented instruments.

The Turing mode in the Random modules have Polyphonic button, but it does'nt have any effect at all.
The manual is quite confusing about this.
Should the Turing mode work with a individual modulation for each voice or not? The presence of the Polyphonic button indicate it should. What purpose do the Polyphonic button else have? Keep in mind the Polyphonic button does'nt appear in LFO mode, and that is clearly stated in the manual.

Thanks for your reply Matthieu,

Yes i have thought the answer could be the same.

Taking the manuals in consideration, then to me it look like it is/ have been the intention to have Turing to be polyphonic. If not, then Turing should have been treated like LFO mode in the manual and on the GUI. But perhaps the intentions unfortunately have changed. I don't see why though.

I still hope it's a mistake Turing modules in Arturias applications is'nt polyphonic.

Kind regards
