Hope you can help, perhaps I'm being an idiot!
New Keylab3 using V collection 9 - when selecting presets with the main knob the screen stays blank. If I use other knobs or ribbons, pads etc the information about that control is displayed. This is the case whether I am using Analog lab or any other Arturia instrument, both stand alone and as a VST within a DAW. (Ableton 9 in my case)
Has anyone else experienced this, is there some setting that I am missing? (Would be a weird thing to turn off)
