I am trying to update my firmware on my Keylab88 mk2 and am having difficulties doing that. When I open up the MIDI Control Center and select Keylab88 as my device and click on firmware upgrade, I get a message saying that Keylab 88 could not get firmware revision. I have tried running a USB cable directly to my MacBook Pro and powering up my Keylab 88 while holding down the + and - keys and am still getting the same message. Does anyone have any advice on this issue?
