has anyone ever encountered this abnormal behaviour with PolyBrute? Yesterday, I turned it on and the screen was very dim, like 20-30% of its correct brightness, and than I turned it off and on again, and than the screen did not turn on at all. Still makes sound etc, but this is very strange. Tried to update to march 2022 firmware to no avail and have yet to receive a word from support. Now it is just a gamble when I turn on the machine how the screen will be, but mostly it is either dim or blank.
Strange thing is that the loading visual screen is bright and ok when the synth is powering on, but than it is either dim, blank or OK.
I'm just wondering if this is a known issue and something that can possibly be fixed at home rather than sending this heavy machine abroad?
